Course Change Application Procedure

1. Check whether you are eligible to qualify for the new program to be converted. Eligibility requirements for all programs can be found at
http://www.kptm.edu.my/index.php
option=com_content&view=section&id=10&Itemid=242&lang=en
2. IMPORTANT: Only applications ELIGIBILITY TO SERVE ONLY to be considered for a change of course.
3. If have checked that you meet the eligibility requirements, you can make your application through one of the following manners:
• By Phone: 03-9285 6033/9281 0762/9283 7186/9281 9700
or
• Through Facebook: Use the message function in MoHE recruitment site
(see next picture)
Please state the name, ic, and course code for the program to be converted and no hp for every application
or
• Walk into any college KPTM close. (please bring original documents such as identity cards, birth certificates, copies of SPM and related certificates)
Applications will be processed in stages. Please be informed.
